In my late teens I studied engineering as I had a strong love for math and how things worked. I later got my MBA in hopes to round out my education with some business knowledge and help me find my life’s work. I bounced around in the world of healthcare for a while and around 30 fell into coaching, thanks to the financial crisis and some pivoting that was required.  

 

I fell in love with coaching and have since coached for 7+ years working mostly in the corporate space, everyone from C-Suites to ICs in companies from Google & NASA to Lego & Disney. I’ve coached hundreds of clients over thousands of hours and through deep trust, connection and vulnerability, we tap into the client’s deepest desires and fears leaving the client feeling more understood, seen and confident. When this transformation happens, all surface behaviours and outcomes are positively impacted. 

 

Based on personal passion and identified demand from my clients, I am currently wrapping up a 600 hour long certification in Sex, Love & Relationship coaching. This topic is near and dear to my heart and has been wildly transformative in my life in ways I never could have imagined. I am now so excited to bring this work to the world to help others find profound self-love and heal buried wounds that hold them back, allowing for lasting love and relationships built on trust and true intimacy.
