It all began three years ago when I read a book that changed my life - Pussy, A Reclamation by Regina Thomashauer. There were two huge shifts that happened to me from reading this book. I realized that my “bits” were not disgusting, smelly, gross, shameful and to be tucked away. They are actually beautiful, glorious, sensational and desire to be worshipped, adored and taken care of (not a coincidence that these align with my truest desires for my life as well).  My pleasure was my responsibility, and mine alone! In order to experience ecstatic joy, pleasure and love, it all started with me. No one else.  My curiosity was piqued! I started to adopt some of the practices from the book and started to not only love my body entirely, but also understand how it worked and what it liked. What happened next was mind-blowing - over time my confidence grew, my voice got stronger, my self-love exploded and my relationships deepened (most importantly the one with myself)!  I then began exploring podcasts, books and following people who were talking about tapping into our deepest desires and traumas through our sexuality and it led me to becoming a VITA™ Coach. Today, I work with clients to help them unlock their deepest desires and work through trapped traumas that hold them back from living a life full of pleasure, fun and turn-on/aliveness. I have so much passion for this work and love helping others experience the transformation that has also changed my life.
